The individual placing an advert on this website with Ginger Online Ltd is hereinafter referred to as the 'Advertiser'.
It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that all the correct details are entered onto Internet forms. If a mistake has been made, please email us as soon as possible.
In no circumstances shall Ginger Online Ltd be made responsible for any failed listings. No claims for damages or any other expenses shall be entertained.
Ginger Online Ltd strive to ensure the fastest possible placing of adverts, however we cannot guarantee any specific time period for the process and cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by electronic mail, speed of internet connection, software compatibilities any unforeseen circumstances or any failure or delay on the part of the advertiser.
By submitting details of a registration number for sale, the advertiser indicates entitlement to sell that registration number. If this is not the case, Ginger Online Ltd cannot be held responsible for fraudulent activity or deliberate misuse of this service.
Any listing submitted which contains inappropriate dailogue will be removed.
Gingerplates is purely an advertising medium and does not involve itself in negotiations between the advertiser and any prospective buyers. Buyers should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy and content of any advertisment
On submitting an advert on Gingerplates the advertiser is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the use of this site.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
